Salary & Benefits

The residents enjoy support from the Committee of Interns and Residents (CIR), a resident supported organization that acts as an advocate for all residents in a variety of departments including salary and benefits to housing. CIR has recently renegotiated a new collective bargaining agreement with the City of New York which offers residents of Lincoln Medical Center fair compensation for their efforts.
